1. Description of Service

TalkingPets is an AI-powered application that creates lip-sync animated videos from pet photos. Users upload a photo of their pet, provide or select audio/text input, and the App generates a video of the pet appearing to speak. The service is available on iOS and the web.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

TalkingPets offers auto-renewing subscription plans that unlock premium features including faster processing, watermark removal, longer videos, and premium voices.

• Weekly Plan: Billed weekly at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Annual Plan: Billed annually at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Prices are displayed in your local currency in the App and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change; any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

3. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. If a free trial is offered, your subscription will begin at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires. During the trial, you may cancel at any time without being charged.

4. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

To cancel your subscription: Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > TalkingPets > Cancel Subscription. You can also manage your subscription from within the App under Settings > Manage Subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until your current period expires. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and audio you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your videos. We do not use your content for advertising or share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the service. Uploaded content is automatically deleted from our servers after processing is complete.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
• Upload content that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

7. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through Settings > Delete Account in the App. Upon deletion, all your personal data and videos will be permanently removed from our servers. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by TalkingPets AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will meet your expectations. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suitable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkingPets AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
